XYLOKASTRO. A BEAUTIFUL SMALL TOWN NEAR ATHENS

 Xylokastro is a small, beautiful, picturesque town, situated in the North of Peloponnesus, at the Korinthian Golf. It's a place, which excellently combines the mountain and the sea, the cosmopolitan and the simplicity. It offers some fantastic beaches for swimming and sea - sports,  and it's home of one of the most unique pine tree forests  in Greece, the famous «Pefkias».

Xylokastro also has a rare advantage:  it is closely situated to famous archaeological sites (e.g Ancient Korinth Olympia, Mycenae, Delphi, etc.) and is in the proximity of city's such as Athens, Patras, Korinth, Nafplion, etc.). Also the Athens airport and the port of Patras are close by.
