TILOS,SMALL AND ALTERNATIVE

Tilos is a small island of the Dodecanese(southern Greece), a favorite alternative destination.The island, combines beautiful beaches, lush landscapes, caves and numerous archaeological monuments. 

The history of Tilos, moreover, with their conquerors from different parts of the world (Dorians, Venetians, Knights, Turks and Greeks finally in 1948), leads to a mixture of cultural elements. The highlight of these is undoubtedly the most important finds from the Neolithic era, mainly prehistoric dwarf elephants, that came to light after excavations in the cave .
