DELICIOUS GARLIC DIP.

Every year on March the 25th , Greeks as the other Orthodox Christians of the world ,celebrate the Annunciation of Virgin Mary.On the Greek table is served a delicious,particular traditional dish called "Bakaliaros skordalia".

Fried cod croquette is accompanied with a dip that combines garlic , the delicate flavor of olive oil, the scent of lemon and potato flavor.In Ionian Islands they use for the dip preparation also  walnuts or almonds.
