     The beach Falasarna ,with fine white sand and warm, crystal-clear

 waters, is 
awarded as the most beautiful beach in Crete and is  included in the top-10 of the best beaches in Europe.
Big waves have made it popular  windsurfers. 

Falasarna is located on the west coast  Crete.The majority of the beach is fully organized with umbrellas and loungers however,there are several points free for those who prefer to put their own umbrella and towel on the sand.
Except of water sports,also available on the beach  golf  and for beach volley courts.

The area is also famous for the spectacular sunset .Young people prefer it because in the evenings are often organized beach parties . There are also two bars and coffee shops, to get some snacks, water or coffee.
