WALKING TOURISM


     Kea island, in a short 
distance from Athens,has a trail network with a total length of 36 kilometers and it is an ideal place for those who love hiking. 
The paths of Kea ,classified as "Network Route Cultural Interest",thus since last  year walking tourism in the island has been greatly developed.   
Twelve chosen tracks, at which  wooden boards are placed, guide walkers safely. Touring the mostly paved paths will bring walkers through forests of oaks and fields of wildflowers.Visitors will also meet traditional stone sources, picturesque churches.Their tour ends to small coves or beautiful beaches.
